Deagostini Inox was born in 1946 in Quarna Sotto, under the name "IDEA", from the family surname. Founder Umberto Deagostini chooses to dedicate himself to the production of metal housewares, a sector deeply rooted in the artisan tradition of Lake Orta. At this early stage, the materials used are tinplate and chrome plated iron.
Starting from the 60s, when the production is transferred to Omegna, Deagostini Inox begins to use stainless steel, a key material for the production of food containers and which has led the development of the company to the hotel and catering sector.
With more than 50 years of experience in the Ho.Re.Ca field, Deagostini Inox is now projected into the future: the Deagostini family, which has come to its fourth generation, is extremely attentive to today's market trends, which is considered to be a continuous source of inspiration for the development of new products.
At the same time, Deagostini Inox is strongly anchored to the roots of its past: it employs state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, using, however, the traditional materials that established it as a leader in the made in Italy production: 18/10 stainless steel, in virtue of its antibacterial, hygienic, non-toxic properties and durable over time.
Deagostini Inox has a successful partnership with the most renowned hotel groups in the world and exports a wide range of products, built in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
