The Live Cooking Stations, designed and produced starting from the concept of showcooking, can be equipped with more than 20 different devices, including induction hobs, grills, teppan yaki, fry tops, wok, deep fryers and pasta cookers, all available in different sizes. The Live Cooking Stations can also be equipped with downdraft smoke extractors.
Ideal for pool, terrace or suite cocktails, the Live Cocktail Stations are a practical and dynamic solution for the barman. They are equipped with minibars, refrigerated drawers, ice containers and set up equipment.
The heated and refrigerated buffet stations Tetris and Idea offer maximum versatility: suitable for any kind of presentation - from breakfast to buffet dinner - and ideal for refreshments in the conference room, they can be equipped with a refrigerated top with adjustable thermostat (temperature from -5 ° to + 8 ° C); or with a heated top in stainless steel or float glass, with thermostat (temperature from +30 ° to +90 ° C); or with a bain marie basin with GN 1/1 containers or soup tureens; or with chafing dishes. Their neutral version represents a further supporting surface for the buffet service and an elegant furnishing element.
